We have 1 steam boiler having 4No’s of Thermostat control Iron every article is trimmed with the left over threads and finally press before packing into export cartons.

In order to produce the finest quality we have quality checks in each department. Punch test is done to check the fabric weight first on grey fabric and then on processed fabric. For dyeing and crocking we used crocking meter. Light meter is used to check the color shades. Line checking is essential at initial stage of production and comprehensive report is prepared at every stage of production till final checking and before shipment.

We have dedicated staffs that take full care and follow up with forwarder till goods are finally loaded for the destination. Our shipping dept do a full home work before booking a consignment to a shipping co. to make sure that each consignment reaches the buyer safe and sound.
